Katie has a doctorate in health psychology and is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists. She has been practising as a registered psychologist for over 17 years. Katie enjoys working with adults to assist them to manage a wide range of psychological issues and to improve their overall well-being. Katie has many years of experience working in private practice and has also worked at the Austin and Alfred hospitals and for the Australian Psychological Society. In addition to working with people with psychological conditions, Katie also works with people who have been diagnosed with medical conditions or chronic health issues such as diabetes, women's health issues, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, neurological conditions and cancer which may be better managed with the assistance of psychological interventions and support. She is available for both Telehealth and face-to-face appointments in Buderim.

Alison is a registered psychologist with over 10 years experience working with adults presenting with a wide range of issues to improve their psychological health and well-being. She enjoys working with individuals with chronic health conditions and is passionate in helping people to live a full and happy life with illness and/or disability. Working across public, private and hospital settings Alison sees clients with persistent pain, various chronic health conditions, depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment disorders and trauma. Alison appreciates the relationship between mind and body, and takes a whole-person approach to health and well-being. She seeks to create a therapeutic environment that is conducive to change through the provision of practical, compassionate and solution-focused therapy. Her practice is primarily informed by ACT, Mindfulness and CBT.
